Extra 60 in 30….ish

A month-ish until you have another bunch of minutes in your life.


That whole hour when Saturday night/Sunday morning has the potential to offer an extra bit of shut-eye.

What if you got up and used the time.

A walk. Breathing the new day. A phone call to a friend you haven’t chatted to for a while. A meditation or reading. Vigorous something. Food sharing. Visiting and enjoying a place or view. Writing a list.

Time goes. Use it wisely.
