Take a deep breath……

…and listen….to all the sounds around you. There are an amazing number.

Do this before anyone in the household wakes up. Go outside and do it. Smell the air.

Perspective. Small fish in a big sea etc and the enormity of everything experienced in this way helps me to dispel fears, worries and anxiety.

Then do your stuff….oh, and have coffee.
